When can I call?
Our client line is staffed 24/7 by caring individuals. While we are closed all calls are routed through our answering service, they can schedule an appointment for you. If you would prefer to talk to one of our staff you can call during office hours or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our goal is to have people available when you need answers, which is not always when our office is open.
If by chance you reach an answering machine, leave a message with your phone number and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
You can also schedule an appointment online. If you need special hours, you can call us or text us at: (724) 856-0274.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but it is better to make an appointment in order to minimize your wait time in the office.
When Can I get an appointment?
We will get you in as soon as possible. Usually we can schedule an appointment within 2 to 4 days.
How long does an appointment usually last?
Plan to spend 45 minutes for your initial appointment. You should plan on an additional 45 minutes for an ultrasound appointment, whether that will occur in the first visit or in a subsequent one.
Since we can’t always foresee what exactly a client needs and we want to give everyone the time they need, appointment lengths can vary. Usually there is only a short wait in the waiting room, so we ask you to arrive on time to respect the time of our staff and other scheduled clients.
How much will it cost?
All of our services are free to you. We won’t charge you, bill you, or bill your insurance. Our services are free regardless of your income level, and you won’t need to produce any proof of address or proof of income.
Can I bring other people with me?
We want you to be as comfortable as possible. If you would like to bring someone along, please do. In regards to accompanying you into the actual appointment, there may be portions of the appointment where we’ll need to see you alone, but aside from this you are free to have anyone else come in with you.
If you will be receiving an ultrasound, we can schedule that for a time when friends or family members can be with you.
Is all of this confidential?
All of our services are 100% confidential. We won’t tell anyone that you came in for an appointment or what you told us. We will not attempt to contact you in any way without your permission.
Can I get proof of pregnancy?
Yes, we can provide “proof of pregnancy” for WIC or for medical assistance. We can also provide you with a referral to another medical office for regular care. We also have a list of other local resources that you may find helpful and we will do our best to connect you to them.
I’m not pregnant, but my girlfriend / daughter / friend is. Can I come and get information?
Absolutely! An unplanned pregnancy can affect many people, and sometimes you just need more information. Give us a call and we would be happy to make an appointment to give you information and connect you to resources.
I already had an abortion... but I still have questions. Can you help?
Yes! We understand. An abortion can be a very painful and personal concern, and we want to give you a safe and comfortable place to ask questions and get the answers that you need.
